Job Description

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on high-impact projects, influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers, and managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale software solutions. This role requires strong experience in software development with C++, Python and SQL, and with data structures/algorithms, as well as experience testing, launching software products, and software design and architecture. You will also need experience with computer vision techniques for object detection, video classification, etc.
Must have:
  • 8 years of experience in software development with C++, Python and SQL
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
  • Experience with computer vision; applying computer vision techniques for object detection, video classification, etc.
Good to have:
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects

Minimum qualifications:
