As a member of our Technical Support team, you will communicate and share knowledge with both players and workmates, track and prioritize reported issues, and ensure that players' needs and concerns are reflected in game updates. This position offers a long-term and highly engaging collaboration where you will work closely with other teams across the entire production cycle to enhance our games.
