Tencent Cloud is seeking a Channel Development Manager to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key channel partners in the Macau gaming and non-gaming segments. This individual will be responsible for identifying new channel opportunities, managing and optimizing existing partner relationships, conducting market analysis, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Macau gaming and non-gaming industry segments, a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and a strong understanding of cloud technology.
Must have:
  • Minimum 7 years of Enterprise IT sales experience in Macau
  • Extensive knowledge of Macau gaming and non-gaming industry
  • Proven track record of developing channel partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

Responsibilities
  • 1.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key channel partners in the Macau gaming and non-gaming segments. 2.Identify new channel opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Solutions Architect, to develop go-to-market strategies. 3.Manage and optimize existing partner relationships, ensuring that partner performance meets or exceeds expectations. 4.Conduct market analysis and competitive research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. 5.Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architect and Product teams to create compelling offers and solutions for channel partners. 6.Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing existing partner programs.
Requirements
  • 1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. 2.Minimum 7 year’s experience of Enterprise IT sales in Macau market. 3.Extensive knowledge of the Macau gaming and non-gaming industry segments, including regulatory environment and market trends. 4.Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. 5.Strong understanding of cloud technology. 6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7.Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for business purpose.
