Tesla seeks a Norwegian-speaking Support Advisor in Oslo to provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include resolving roadside, technical, and service inquiries, collaborating with internal and global teams, ensuring consistent customer experience, and creating a positive customer interaction. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, an excellent communicator in Norwegian and English, digitally savvy, a skilled multi-tasker, a fast learner, and a flexible team player with a valid driver's license. The role involves working shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Must have:

- A fast learner: We do not expect you to be a Tesla expert on day one and our dedicated training team will upskill you quickly. We do expect you to be eager to learn and thrive on new challenges
- Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This may include weekends as well as morning and evening shifts
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver’s license
