Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing various marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and other visual assets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.

- Design eye-catching and engaging brochures, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics and images for use on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software such as Figma to produce high-quality designs and ability to work with AI tools effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into design projects.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the company's digital asset library.
- Ensure that all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
