Unreal Engine Artist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Unreal Engine Artist in Centerville, UT. This Unreal Engine Technical Artist will need strong creative and visual instincts. They will assist with technical issues within Unreal and assist teams in completing projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in related field or 3 years+ of experience within the Unreal Engine framework
• Experience using Unreal Engine Blueprints as a level creation tool
• Experience with Unreal Engine and knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ and object-oriented programming is mandatory
• Near-supernatural understanding of Unreal Engine 5
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ and object-oriented programming is mandatory
• Experience using Unreal Engine Blueprints as a level creation tool
• Strong knowledge of modern mesh and shader optimization techniques
• Ability to conform to specific coding standards
• Strong 3D math skills
• Mobile development experience with Unreal Engine, including iOS & Android
• Console porting a plus
  
  

Desired Skills And Pluses

• Experience working with GIT, SVN, Team Foundation, Perforce, or similar version of source control
• Knowledge of Bluetooth Classic/BLE communication protocols
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
• Experience using Unity3D
• Familiarity with C# code
• Experience porting desktop games to mobile platforms
• High-level knowledge of database and web backend systems
• Experience working with web platforms such as AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean, and Terraform
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
