Job Description
Smilegate Holdings (Megaport Division) seeks a Marketing PM specializing in subculture games to oversee the global distribution and service of their game titles, including Epic Seven and Kazena. This role requires 3+ years of experience in game marketing, focusing on strategy development, media operation, and action plan execution. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the subculture gaming market, experience executing marketing campaigns for similar games, and ideally, experience in Japanese or global markets. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, executing media plans, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. The role also demands strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills to succeed in a global environment. This position is based in Seongnam, South Korea.

- Subculture game marketing expertise
- Target audience understanding
- Marketing plan execution
- Media operation and management
Good to have:
- Subculture game marketing planning experience
- Heavy player of relevant games
- Japanese or global marketing experience
