Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Holdings seeks a Group IT Procurement Manager (Security/Infrastructure) with 6+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in IT hardware and security. Responsibilities encompass the entire procurement process: from sourcing HW (servers, storage, network switches, workstations, PCs, etc.) and security solutions/appliances to managing vendor relationships, handling payments, mitigating subcontracting risks, and developing procurement strategies. The role also involves close collaboration with asset management, legal, and accounting teams. Proficiency in SAP ARIBA and CPSM certification are desirable.

Must have:

6+ years of IT procurement experience
E2E procurement process understanding
HW & security procurement expertise
Vendor management & risk mitigation
Budgeting and cost management

Good to have:

SAP ARIBA experience
CPSM certification
Experience in strategic planning

1. 구매 　- HW (서버/스토리지/네트워크 스위치/워크스테이션/PC 등) 　- 보안 (솔루션 및 관련 Appliance 장비) 　- HW 및 보안 장비 관련 유지보수/시설공사 2. 공급업체 평가 및 관리 3. 정기/비정기 대금 지급 및 하도급 리스크 관리 4. 담당 품목에 대한 구매 전략 수립 및 이행

자격요건

- 구매 업무 경력 6년 이상(IT구매 품목 경험 필수)

필요역량

- 구매 업무 E2E 프로세스의 이해력과 실행력 - 구매 관련 각종 정량 지표 산출 및 관리 능력 - 구매 관련 연계 업무의 높은 이해도 (자산관리/법무/회계)

우대사항

- SAP ARIBA 사용 경험이 있는 분 - CPSM 자격증을 보유한 분 - 기획성 업무 경험이 있는 분
