As an Adoption Consultant, you will maximize the results of data utilization through consulting services, aiming to improve and stabilize the usage rate of Domo, and to maximize and prolong contracts. For example, for enterprise-class customers, the Adoption Consultant will take the lead in formulating medium- to long-term customer journeys and deployment plans in accordance with business strategies. For customers in the SMB market, we will standardize the knowledge gained from services to enterprise customers and propose them as a success package to help customers reach success in the shortest time. The specific job responsibilities include formulating medium- to long-term deployment plans and concrete action plans for their steady implementation, implementation and evaluation of various assessment services, development of customer services (educational programs and consulting menus, etc.), creation of Upsell opportunities and stabilization of contracts through consulting services, and standardization and simplification of various consulting services.
