AI Ops Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Ops Engineer to join our team and build smart automation workflows across our products and operations. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, automation, and gaming — streamlining internal tools, optimizing pipelines, and helping different teams move faster with less friction.

Responsibilties :

• Build and maintain automation workflows — simple to complex — across SuperGaming’s products, pipelines, and ops.
• Work closely with teams to identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks that can be automated.
• Integrate tools and platforms using automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripting.
• Set up triggers, conditional logic, and task orchestration using low-code / no-code tools.
• Help prototype and deploy AI-powered internal tools.
• Contribute to a growing library of reusable automations and workflows.
• Work on cutting-edge tools and platforms in a fast-moving, game-loving team.
• Build real impact — your workflows will power games played by millions.

Experience & Skills Required :

• Strong experience with workflow automation using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc).
• Experience building automations for CI/CD pipelines, internal tools, or business operations is a big plus.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Bolt, Lovable, or Vibe Coding is a huge plus.
• Interest in games or the gaming industry.
