The Job
We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling designs that align with our brand values and enhance our visual communication across various platforms. This role will involve working closely with the marketing and product teams to execute design solutions for various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design concepts that effectively communicate the brand’s mission and message.
- Create high-quality visual content for various platforms, including digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and visually engaging designs.
- Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions to support new campaigns and creative initiatives.
- Produce original designs, illustrations, and layouts that align with the brand's identity and goals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.
- Stay current with design trends and tools to maintain fresh and modern visual output.
The ideal candidate:
- 5-6 years of experience in graphic design, ideally from design studios or branding agencies.
- Experience in mainline advertising is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various platforms.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience contributing to creative projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A detail-oriented approach, with a passion for creating high-quality, innovative designs.
