About the Role
A Mid/Senior Art Director creates and produces work across digital, social, traditional, and experiential fields by finding creative solutions. They must be strategic and conceptual in their thinking, add a personal touch to their work, and collaborate with their teams. They will be involved in all stages of the creative process and development, and should be able to manage smaller tasks from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
*Work closely with senior creative teams to implement creative concepts.
*Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to determine task distribution.
*Understand a brand's tone and positioning to produce new work.
*Create effective and engaging designs that address the client’s marketing challenges, including design solutions for interfaces, typography, layout, and iconography.
*Understand the client’s brand and business goals and translate them into an engaging concept.
*Prepare design solutions for presentations.
*Communicate with Account Management and Project Management teams.
*Be willing to solve problems creatively with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
*Graduates of relevant departments from universities.
*Interested and curious about the design and advertising world, proficient in design and drawing software.
*At least 4 years of experience in a digital agency.
*Well-versed in the design and communication algorithms of social media and digital platforms, with an ability to add an artistic perspective to their work.
*Keeps a close eye on digital trends, innovations, and marketing and advertising technologies; capable of developing campaigns and ideas in collaboration with content, strategy, and social media teams for brands.
*Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
*After Effects and Adobe Premier knowledge and desktop video production is preferred.
*Able to play an active role in the idea process for both conventional and digital media; able to create designs suitable for the dynamics of digital media.
*Attentive to project planning and timing; strong in task management, coordination skills, and adaptable to teamwork.
*Fluent in Turkish, with strong writing and speaking skills; proficiency in English is a plus.
