The Assistant Manager TA Operations role focuses on improving the efficiency and accuracy of the Offer & Onboarding process. Key responsibilities include end-to-end management of onboarding workflows, ensuring compliance, maintaining data integrity, and continuous improvement. The role requires team leadership skills and effective collaboration with HR and business functions. Responsibilities include process efficiency, timely and accurate offer processing, compliance with global hiring regulations, accurate documentation, issue resolution, onboarding and induction management, and partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business partners. The individual should be proactive, meticulous, and strategic to ensure a detailed candidate onboarding experience while driving process quality and compliance.

Job Details

Job Description : The responsible individual should improve the efficiency and accuracy in the Offer & Onboarding process.

Overall responsibility & accountability for the Global Offer and onboarding process, ensuring accuracy, meeting SLA's and continuous improvements in the process. Possess confirmed team handling skills and maintaining a strong working relationship with all customers within and outside the People function.

This role involves end-to-end management of onboarding workflows, maintaining compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. The individual must possess shown team leadership skills and maintain effective collaboration with customers in HR and business functions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Efficiency & Improvement

Identify and implement plans to improve process efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate offer processing in alignment with SLAs.

Drive continuous improvements and standard processes across regions.

Compliance & Data Accuracy

Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and interpersonal policies.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit and tracking purposes.

Standardize reporting frameworks to increase process quality and efficiency.

Customer concern Handling & Issue Resolution

Handle issues and resolve offer delays across multiple communication channels.

Supervise query management, optimizing responses for swift resolution.

Facilitate smooth offer submissions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance adherence.

Onboarding & Induction Management

Ensure new hires receive timely communication and onboarding support.

Supervise induction processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and guidelines.

Implement invite email dispatch, preventing last-minute disruptions to onboarding schedules.

Partnership & Process Enhancements

Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business partners to streamline workflows.

Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements to boost efficiency.

Implement pivotal initiatives to optimize reporting and tracking mechanisms.
