The Opportunity The Associate Client Success Manager is an entry-level or early career position wherein staff gains experience providing operational account management support to the broader Client Success team. This position works with Client Success Managers and Senior Associate Client Success Managers to support digital media campaign set-up, execution, creative proofing and implementation, ongoing program pacing and client reporting on the Everyday Health Professional digital platforms, including MedPage Today. The Associate Client Success Manager collaborates with a dynamic cross-functional team of the company’s sales, market impact, MLR, creative services, deployment, and operations staff to implement digital media campaigns, email campaigns, and other tactics aimed at increasing physician awareness and utilization of specific pharmaceutical brands. While primarily an operational position until the appropriate experience is gained, the Associate Client Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring client expectations and implementation timelines are met. As such, the Associate Client Success Manager is a highly-organized communicator, both verbally and in written form. Key Responsibilities Supports overall campaign implementation for assigned brands including creative asset proofing/finalization, product implementation, program pacing and overall tracking. Accurately input and manage set up of campaign details in Salesforce and other tracking tools. Day-to-day liaison with internal functional partners including AdOps, Deployment, Delivery and Operations and Insights. Create and update client facing campaign kick-off and reporting decks in PowerPoint Helps team ensure exceptional client customer service focused on meeting campaign and timeline expectations. Engage with other departments to ensure promotional campaigns are developed and implemented to ensure optimum results. Manage campaign pacing & optimization with cross-functional partners, and monthly billing reconciliations to ensure monthly, quarterly and program revenue expectations are met. Maintain in-depth knowledge of EH Pro products, inventory and pricing via collaboration with internal departments. Capturing, reporting and analyzing important campaign data to determine action items. Work with data and deployment team to ensure list match accuracy and delivery. Use dashboard and other tools to provide key campaign performance metrics and reporting. Job Qualifications 4 Year College Degree or other advanced degree in business and/or marketing communications or equivalent experience Strong communication skills Ability to understand the medical / Pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, organizing principles and business models Agency experience a plus Experience in highly technical field a plus Experience with Salesforce a plus Proficient in sorting and filtering data, as well as building charts and graphs from captured data sets Passion for new and emerging technologies and an understanding of how they can be applied to benefit businesses. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance. #MedpageToday
