Team You’ll Grow With: 135+ person marketing team, this role will directly lead a team of 5 (paid media and email marketers)

 

What Winning Looks Like: 

  • Inspire and coach the team of performance marketers (paid media specialists and email marketers)
  • Craft performance marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and loyalty by driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across paid advertising and email marketing channels
  • Prioritize understanding customer needs and behaviors to develop marketing strategies that genuinely resonate and create meaningful connections
  • Dive into campaign performance metrics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations
  • Foster a culture of creativity by encouraging the team to test new ideas and approaches, leveraging insights from experimentation to drive continuous improvement in our marketing strategies
  • Have a pulse on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, regularly analyze performance benchmark reports to measure success and inform strategic decisions 

Skills Needed to Win:

  • 6+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC/Pay-Per-Click, programmatic), email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and/or a combination of experience, ideally in a B2C space
  • 2+ years of leadership experience coaching a team member on how to level up foundational skills that help drive great customer connections
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, Marketo, or similar
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through performance marketing channels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
  • E-commerce experience is preferred with major platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix but not required
  • Lead gen/customer acquisition experience is preferred but not required

$100,000 - $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on overall experience and level of skill
