Job Description

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to act as a key member of the Global Commercial Finance Team, demonstrating business ownership of the trade spend management tool as well as managing relationships with key constituents across global markets. The position is located in El Segundo, CA and reports to a Commercial Finance Manager.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Consolidate insights, process and reporting requirements of Global Sales and Finance teams and develop standard practices.
  • Work closely with global Finance and Sales teams to develop and support a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system
  • Provide power-user ongoing support to current end users: first point of contact for Regional Power Users; triage and manage platform support inbox; manage issue resolution with third party developer and internal SME’s.
  • Ensure Global tool adoption across existing and new users.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance and Technology teams to support data validation, analysis, and visualization within Salesforce and Tableau platforms.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for platform and process enhancements.
  • Perform financial analyses including trend analysis, what-if scenarios and customer Gross to Net.
  • Analyze ROI effectiveness on key account promotional programs.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is seeking to expand their practical business experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • BA/BS Finance or Accounting or related preferred
  • 1-3+ years work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management, internal and external
  • Experience with Salesforce platform preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • High degree of initiative, drive, confidence, and resilience
  • Professional presence that is adaptable and teamwork-oriented
  • Aptitude for managing processes.
  • Organized and tasked oriented
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $83,000
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
