Associate GSM & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - #5785

Your Job

The Associate GSM & Marketing is responsible for the Front Desk of our Hamburg Headquarter, Office Maintenance including all assets, furniture, solving issues, ad-hoc requests, and storage management. While also supporting central global supply, event management, facility management projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of service providers, like cleaning staff, catering services, and vendors
• Purchasing and tracking office supplies, catering, and other consumables
• Point of contact to the landlord for all building and office location-related matters
• Responsibility for office maintenance including assets, repair requests, and storage management
• Monitoring, purchasing and tracking our inventory with Jira, SAP and MS Office
• Provide support to our internal and external event management with local stakeholders
• Involvement in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Responsible for the overall internal conference room set up and coordination
• Welcome and monitor staff, external visitors and vendors at the reception and support with their questions
• Maintain reception area, process mailings and courier services and take over the phone service.

Requirements

• University degree or comparable qualification, e.g. on-job training with IHK certificate
• Experienced in working with external contractors and service providers, including negotiation and monitoring of the service provided
• 2+ years’ work experience in Office Management is plus
• 2+ years’ experience providing support at all hierarchical levels including the top management is plus
• Good knowledge of software tools like MS Office 365, Jira, Confluence and SAP
• Used to work and communicate with digital tools (messengers, email, conference software)
• High degree of autonomy, self-motivation and great organizational skills
• Deeply service-orientated, with a hands-on mentality
• Proven reliability and sensitivity to deal with confidential information
• You are a team player who enjoys working with other departments on shared goals
• Confident and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
• Passion for games
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
