Summary

The Associate Manager, DTC Retail Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for brands and products, conducting market and customer research, and collaborating with other departments. The role requires a strong understanding of the Disney business unit (films, games, TV, etc.) to develop and implement collaborative strategies for retail stores and e-commerce. Responsibilities include developing customer acquisition strategies for physical and online stores, including marketing initiatives for new store openings. This position demands significant experience in consumer goods marketing and e-commerce, along with proven skills in budget management, promotion tool creation, digital promotion, and asset creation. Experience with digital, print, and OOH advertising, and consumer event planning is also essential.

Digital marketing planning and execution
Digital asset planning and creation
Advertising and event planning across media
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Market research planning, design, and analysis
Business-level English communication skills

デジタルアセットの企画立案・制作経験
デジタル・紙媒体・OOHの広告制作、および消費者向けイベントの企画立案・実行経験
マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル

Preferred Skills:

小売業でのマーケティング、販売促進企画経験
マーケット/顧客調査企画設計・分析スキル
ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール・電話・会話）
