Responsibilities include managing work schedules, liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, preparing vehicle arrivals (WARP and CCC administration), communicating with customers, coordinating rental cars, providing vehicle status updates, reordering materials and supplies, reviewing repairs and deliveries, and performing other related duties. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in automotive collision repair and I-Car Australia certification (a plus). Excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to work independently are essential.
