Job Description

The Business Analyst will translate client needs into requirements and ensure alignment across product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. They will enhance and translate client requirements, create specifications, align product teams, manage reviews, analyze changes, support project managers, identify risks, and promote best practices. They will also analyze workflows and stay updated with best practices. The job involves working in the iGaming and Sports betting industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of global clients.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of business analysis within an IT organization, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT business analyst.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in creating diagrams and wireframes.
  • Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytic mind (strategic thinking).
  • Result oriented with problem solving skills.
Good to have:
  • UML experience.
  • Proficiency in technical writing.

Job Summary

We are looking to add a Business Analyst with a passion for digital products and a sharp analytical mindset to our Bucharest Group Integration team. You will play a key role in translating client needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring alignment across product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. This is a great opportunity to work in the ever-evolving world of iGaming and Sports betting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the success of global clients.

What you'll get to do:

  • Perform key tasks in the requirements management process (ie enhance and translate client requirements to gain the necessary level of detail and clarity; document and organize the requirements etc)
  • Create specifications in accordance with the client requirements and the constraints of the products and legal framework. Describe in detail end to end flows (from front-end to API to back-end and reporting) alongside with use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Align all involved product teams with the aim to produce a coherent experience for the end user while staying in-line with client requirements.
  • Manage the review and approval of requirements and specifications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze changes in requirements and/or changes during implementation and keep specifications up to date.
  • Support the project manager and project team controlling the scope changes.
  • Identify risks and other factors that may cause mismatch between actual delivery and approved requirements and specification;
  • Promote best practices with other business analysts in the organization.
  • Analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them.
  • Stay updated with the latest business analysis best practices and put them into practice in the assigned projects.


What you'll need to shine:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of business analysis within an IT organization, preferably in the iGaming industry;
  • Preferably 2 - 4 years of experience in an IT business analyst position;
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle;
  • Some of the tools required: Microsoft Office suite, JIRA/ Confluence, MS VISIO;
  • Proficient in creating diagrams and wireframes for product features;
  • Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
  • Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
  • Result oriented with problem solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • UML experience;
  • Proficiency in technical writing.
