Chef de production - Cinématiques

Nous recherchons un directeur de production talentueux et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

En tant qu'acteur clé du processus de développement de nos jeux vidéo, vous superviserez la production des cinématiques et des événements scénarisés. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour assurer une collaboration sans faille entre notre studio et notre studio partenaire en Chine pendant le codéveloppement.

Responsabilités :

  • Supervision de la production :
    •  Coordonner et gérer l'ensemble du processus de production des cinématiques et des événements scénarisés dans le contexte des jeux vidéo.
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes interfonctionnelles (animation, vfx, éclairage et technique) pour garantir une livraison dans les délais et des résultats de haute qualité.
  • Vision créative :
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les réalisateurs, les scénaristes et les artistes pour donner vie à la vision créative.
    • Assurer l'alignement sur les objectifs du projet et maintenir la cohérence tout au long de la production.
  • Allocation des ressources :
    • Allouer efficacement les ressources, y compris les talents, l'équipement et le budget.
    • Optimiser l'utilisation des ressources afin de respecter les étapes du projet.
  • Centre de communication :
    • Être l'entonnoir de toutes les communications nécessaires aux différentes équipes qui soutiennent le contenu cinématographique et scénarisé de l'événement.
    • Planifier les réunions d'équipe, animer les discussions et faciliter les révisions.
    • Être notre représentant lors de la communication avec nos partenaires en Chine.
    • Organiser toute la documentation dans un système facile à trouver.
  • Assurance qualité :
    • Mettre en œuvre des processus de contrôle de la qualité afin de maintenir des normes élevées.
    • Veiller à ce que les processus de révision et d'approbation soient corrects.

Expérience requise :

  • Baccalauréat en production cinématographique, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans dans la gestion de production, en particulier dans l'industrie du jeu.
  • Avoir déjà livré 2 titres AAA
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise des outils et logiciels de gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à travailler avec différents départements en même temps pour atteindre un objectif commun.

Production Manager – Cinematics & Scripted events

NetEase Games Montréal, ThunderFire Group of NetEase Games - is one of the leading developers and publishers in the gaming industry. Focused on delivering the best quality gaming experience on console, PC and mobile to international markets, we warmly seek collaboration with talent around the world to produce masterpieces through innovation and inspiration.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a key player in our video game development process, you will oversee the production of cinematics and scripted events. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between our studio and our partner studio in China during codevelopment.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight:
    • Coordinate and manage the entire production process for cinematics and scripted events within the video game context.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (animation, vfx, lighting and tech) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Creative Vision:
    • Work closely with directors, writers, and artists to bring the creative vision to life.
    • Ensure alignment with project goals and maintain consistency throughout production.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Allocate resources effectively, including talent, equipment, and budget.
    • Optimize resource utilization to meet project milestones.
  • Center of Communication:
    • Be the funnel of all communication needed for the different teams supporting the cinematic and scripted event content
    • Schedule team meetings, host discussions and facilitate reviews.
    • Be our representative when communicating with our partners in China
    • Organize all documentation in an easy to find system
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards.
    • Ensure proper review and approval processes

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, management, or related field experience
  • Proven experience 5yrs in production management, specifically within the gaming industry.
  • Previously shipped 2 AAA Titles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work with different departments at once to achieve a unified goal
