As a Clinical Application Consultant at Microsoft, you'll train medical staff and advise customers on effectively using Microsoft healthcare products. Responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions (on-site or remote), leading webinars, advising on process optimization and advanced feature utilization for efficient documentation, maintaining training materials, and coordinating with various teams (Project Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Support). This role requires strong communication skills (French and English), technical aptitude, and a passion for using technology to improve healthcare. You will be working with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots, transforming the way medical documentation is created.

Overview

Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, clinicians and Consultants who are designing, developing, deploying and delivering next-generation healthcare solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud for healthcare organizations around the world.

 

As an Application Consultant, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is working to empower clinicians to achieve more with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots, transforming the way, medical documentation is created, and give healthcare professionals the opportunity to spend less time for documentation and more time with their patients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience in training, education, information technology (IT), datacenter-related work, technology-related work, or internships OR equivalent experience. 

• Degree in a technical or medical field.
• Experience in delivering training sessions or workshops.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French; and good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

 

Preferred Qualifications
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German. 

• Ability to travel to various locations in France.

• Coordination with Project Management, Customer Success Account Management, Sales and Support.
