About The Role

Financial and management reporting; planning and forecasting; reporting performance results and KPIs; ensuring effective internal control environment (ICFW); supporting external and internal audit assignments; support all key stakeholders of Supply Chain and Commercial Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly actual financials in SAP, Bison and Sierra dashboards
• Preparing supply chain latest forecast, CMFs, Plans, Updates
• Reporting and forecasting of working capital and capex
• Site LT, Commercial partners, SMAS, ICSS & other stakeholder management
• Standard setting activity and NPI costing development
• Financial controlling – PPV, utilization variances, yield analysis
• Opex reviews and driving efficiencies & cost control especially annual service contracts
• Ensure ICFW controls are implemented and consistently performed
• Support internal and external audits
• Periodic review of supply chain balance sheet items
• Team management and development
• Support site capex planning, project execution/cost accumulation, project progress monitoring and capitalization
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Masters degree in Accounting & Finance
• Financial Certification, CA / ACCA / ICMA
• Experience of statutory and/or management reporting in a model involving shared services
• Experience in financial planning, including processes related to Standard Costing, variance analysis (PPV and Yield) inventory accounting
• Some knowledge of Supply Chain finance processes
• Good communication skills and ability to explain financial issues clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
