Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and contribute to the company's strategic direction. Responsibilities include in-depth financial analysis, managing financial tools, ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax management, optimizing financial operations, conducting cost analysis, and presenting financial data to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical financial expertise, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team. This role requires managing all financial aspects, including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and implementing cost-saving strategies. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
- 8-10 years experience (5+ in leadership)
- Local and international tax knowledge
- Financial analysis & tools proficiency
- Effective financial reporting & presentation
- Cost analysis and cost-saving strategies
- Team management and motivation skills
Good to have:
- Experience with international tax laws

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and contribute to the strategic direction of the company. This individual will be responsible for a variety of financial functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax management, and the optimization of financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and strong technical financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, interpret key financial data, and identify trends and insights to guide decision-making.
- Financial Tools Management: Expertise in financial tools and software, providing support for the use and implementation of tools to optimize financial processes.
- Taxation & Localization: Must have knowledge and experience in local taxation, and international tax laws (will be a plus)
- Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and present detailed financial reports and tools to top management, effectively communicating financial performance and strategies.
- Handling Financial Matters: Manage all financial aspects, including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
- 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/Managerial role.
- Must have knowledge and experience in local taxation, international tax laws. (Will be a plus)
- Proficient in financial analysis and financial tools.
- Proven ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Solid experience in cost analysis and the implementation of cost-saving strategies.
- Leadership: Capable of managing and motivating a finance team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- MBA in Finance, ACCA, or any other relevant financial qualification.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
