As a Spanish Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in inbound lead management, you will engage with inbound leads, understand their needs, and assess their potential. You will communicate with potential customers to identify pain points and articulate the value propositions. Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with sales teams are essential. You will also stay updated on industry trends and achieve daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Native fluency in Spanish is required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in tele sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys.
  • Experience in engaging with international audiences.

About The Role:

As a Spanish Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in inbound lead management, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads through Marketing or our Sales Helpline, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to understand their needs and assess their potential as valuable prospects. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently manage and respond to inbound leads through various communication channels, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services to determine their alignment with customer needs.
  • Engage with potential customers in a consultative manner, identifying pain points and articulating the value propositions of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualification criteria in Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to enhance your product knowledge and sales acumen.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
  • Achieve daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native fluency in Spanish is required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in tele sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international audiences.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales, focusing on lead qualification and customer engagement.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys will be nice to have.
    Experience in engaging with international audiences will be nice to have.
