The Role
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision.

Customer management & sales
Engage, follow-up and guide customers virtually throughout their journey with Tesla both at scale & individually where relevant
Work on, and deliver improvements in Tesla Belgium’s communication to customer groups at different stages in their trajectory from lead to delivery; e.g. at pre-order, post-order and post-delivery moments, making sure you help out where necessary
Manage your pipeline to create sales opportunities, convert leads to orders and ensure customers are well received virtually
Deliver excellent virtual consultations for our customers, and execute on key campaigns as needed within your market
Partner with business sales team to handoff potential business sales opportunities as identified by inbound business customers orders
Coordinating remote test drive locations and scheduling remote test drives to help our customers experience the product, and promptly following up with them
Promptly and accurately respond to relevant inbound customer solicitations through all mediums (including calls, emails, SMS, chat, virtual consultation, etc.)
General duties
Operate with a flexible mindset to support customer needs across the team
Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location
Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs
Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements
Requirements
Speak French and English at an advanced professional level
Passion for Tesla's mission and products, and a desire to share this with others
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
The ability to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms
Focus on educating and understanding customers' needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driving license
The position is located on the Tesla HQ in France
