A career within Salesforce Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. We focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.
Location: Mumbai, India
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and revenue generation for our Salesforce competency, targeting enterprise clients
across various industries.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networking to
expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within
target accounts.
Create and manage large deals working with other internal technology competency teams.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Salesforce pre sales consultants, architects, and delivery
managers, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial client engagement and solution design to contract
negotiation and closure.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Salesforce
ecosystem to position our offerings effectively in the market.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, thought leadership, and guidance on leveraging
Salesforce to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
10-12 years of experience in sales roles within the IT consulting or professional services industry, with a
focus on Salesforce solutions and experience in Mumbai market preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Salesforce practice.
Fair understanding of Salesforce products, services, and competitive landscape, with Salesforce
certifications preferred.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities,
develop compelling value propositions, and drive profitable growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts to non-technical audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse
stakeholders.
