As a Game Developer Success Manager at GRID, you will be the primary liaison between GRID and its game developer partners. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships, developing and executing integration strategies, managing short and long-term integrations, documenting project progress, collaborating with the commercial team, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams (product development, commercial, and marketing). You will need strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for the gaming industry and a proactive attitude. The role requires close interaction with game developers and internal teams to ensure successful partnerships and mutual growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our game developer partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data, a desire to always find ways to improve, and a passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships.

Job requirements

What you will do 

  • Act as the main point of contact for game developer partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth and success

  • Accountable for creating and delivering a disciplined integration strategy, process and execution plan

  • Manage short and long-term (multi-month) integrations. Setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, and independently driving the process forward. Superb attention to detail is an absolute must

  • Record partner’s projects and keep the team up to date on the status by documenting the process of integration

  • Working closely with the commercial team to rationalise and break down pending opportunities

  • Being part of the early conversations with the potential client/partner to lend your expertise to help promote the sale of services from GRID

  • Ideate and identify new business opportunities to diversify the offerings across multiple channels

  • Your role as CSM will include close external interaction with game developers and internal interaction with product development, commercial and marketing teams

  • You have the ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

Preferred Requirements

  • Industry experience: Strong experience in the gaming, esports and related industries or in a high-growth Tech startup or Strategy Consulting

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to technology or business studies
