A career in our Corporate Finance practice, within Deals Corporate Finance services, will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, provide advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. As a Corporate Finance Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Working on a particular transaction (sale, merger and acquisition (M&A) and financing) or business development efforts (pitches)
Supporting the team in the preparation and presentation of marketing pitches to existing and potential clients
Conducting thorough research on companies and industries
Obtaining needed information from available client data and conducting appropriate financial analysis
Assisting in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials (teaser, confidential information memorandum (CIM), management presentation, etc.)
Preparing financial models to support analysis in proposals and transaction documentation
Identifying key strategic & financial buyers/investors
Managing the transaction’s status reports and more
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Requirements
Hands on work experience in a financial modeling development or professional Corporate Finance environment
Exposure in end-to-end Merger & Acquisition deal execution
Comprehensive financial and accounting skills and solid understanding of cash flow, financial modelling (would be an asset) and valuation methodologies (would be an asset)
Eager to participate in business development opportunities and initiatives
Passionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levels
Motivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environment
Ability to identify risk issues
Confident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiences
Keen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clients
Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers
Ability to take initiative to manage numerous projects simultaneously under time constraints
Arabic speaking considered a plus
Your flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
