Team Introduction Our foreign exchange and financial management team is responsible for global cash management, improving capital income under the premise of ensuring the safety and adequacy of funds and is also responsible for global exchange rate and interest rate risk management for Bytedance group. Responsibilities: 1. According to the global capital budget and payment arrangements, dynamically adjust the deposit period of funds, the distribution of funds in various regions of the world and the proportion of each deposit wealth management product, and do a good job in compliance while achieving an increase in capital and fund income. 2. According to the group's foreign exchange risk management needs, responsible for foreign exchange risk positions, exchange profit and loss management, conduct research on foreign exchange policies, implement expectation management, ensure the safety of group capital management, control foreign exchange risks, and provide favourable support for group business. 3. Responsible for formulating short, medium and long-term foreign exchange risk management strategies, including risk limit setting, hedging methods, etc., establishing foreign exchange risk stop loss models, optimising the group's foreign exchange risk exposure and positions through multiple methods, and reducing exchange losses and transaction costs. 4. According to business needs, provide guidance of foreign exchange risk management guidance, evaluate foreign exchange risks, and provide recommended measures based on business needs. 5. Closely track and monitor market dynamics, pay attention to the impact of global macroeconomics and national regulatory regulations on the company's capital business, provide forward-looking industry analysis reports, and dynamically adjust the company's capital operation strategy in combination with the company's development, according to external exchange rate changes, combined with the group's foreign exchange business, timely warning and adjustment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in finance, economics, accounting or related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in foreign exchange or treasury management in financial institutions or multinational enterprises, and at least 2 years of team management experience. 3. Understand the relevant rules of capital liquidation and transfer, as well as basic knowledge of corporate accounting and taxation, and be familiar with relevant regulatory policy requirements. 4. Familiar with various common foreign exchange trading and risk hedging tools, as well as various investment and financial management operation modes, protocol formats, and risk points. 5. Good communication, coordination, execution ability, judgment, overall planning ability, and execution ability; strong sense of responsibility for work, careful and cautious, positive attitude, and teamwork spirit. Preferred Qualifications 1. Overseas study or work experience is preferred. 2. Strong learning ability, self-driven, and innovative spirit.
