We’re seeking a Creative Operations Manager for a fully remote, full-time direct hire opportunity with a well-known beauty brand. This role offers a competitive salary of $115,000–$125,000 and the chance to shape standout creative campaigns across digital and print platforms.

As the Creative Operations Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team in producing impactful, on-brand assets for both DTC and retail marketing. You'll oversee the full creative lifecycle—from concept development through production—ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and high-quality execution across a variety of channels including web, packaging, social, and more.
Lead and manage the Creative Services Team in developing compelling assets for DTC and retail marketing initiatives.
Oversee creative development across digital, print, packaging, web, and social media channels.
Assign and manage workloads for internal team members and external partners.
Facilitate concept development, mood boards, and brainstorming for new marketing campaigns.
Guide creative projects from ideation to production while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships including contractor selection, budget negotiation, and photoshoot oversight.
Maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and communication; develop SOPs and use project management tools effectively.
Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic/digital design, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer and performance-driven creative.
At least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a creative or agency setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with a strong understanding of core design principles.
Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools.
Strong knowledge of pre-press and production workflows, especially for packaging and print.
Proven experience managing photoshoots, creative vendors, and the end-to-end creative asset process.
Highly organized and proactive, with excellent project management, budgeting, and communication skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality creative work across static and digital media.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard CST business hours
