As a CRM Product Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of our CRM software, setting the product strategy and vision, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Your role will involve creating and prioritizing the product roadmap, conducting user research, analyzing data, and managing feature releases to meet customer needs and drive the success of our CRM product.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and articulate the product’s goals and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify key features and functionalities required to achieve these goals.
Product Roadmap and Prioritization:
- Develop a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Prioritize features and functionalities for each release based on customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
- Manage limited resources efficiently to maximize product impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product designers, developers, engineers and operations
- Ensure all teams are aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- Provide necessary resources and support to enable effective execution.
User Research and Customer Development:
- Conduct focus groups, surveys, and in-depth interviews with key customers.
- Analyze usage data to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Use insights to inform product strategy and development.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze user engagement metrics, revenue data, and customer feedback.
- Create reports and dashboards highlighting key insights and trends.
- Use data to identify opportunities for product improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Feature Release:
- Manage the successful launch of new features and enhancements.
- Communicate updates to users and conduct workshops for effective adoption.
- Gather feedback post-launch to continually refine and improve the product.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the iGaming or related industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
