Culture and Belonging Coordinator

Position Overview

The Diversity & Belonging Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and advancing Autodesk's commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful culture-driven work and supporting efforts that enhance inclusion and belonging across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of culture, inclusion and belonging programs, events, and initiatives

• Support Autodesk's 9 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by coordinating logistics, communications, and engagement activities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance programs, initiatives and community outreach

• Track program and event participation, gather feedback, and support data collection to measure impact and progress

• Provide administrative and program management support to the Culture, Diversity, and Belonging team as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• One to two years experience in employee experience, people and culture, program coordination, or a related role

• Proven ability to support events, initiatives, or programs that enhance workplace culture

• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with diverse stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Operationally-focused Professional role, requiring experience OR analytical advisor role still developing higher-level expertise

• Solve a range of problems of mild-to-moderate complexity and scope by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures

• Exercise judgement within defined guidelines or known precedents

• Seek guidance on unusual situations or circumstances where guidelines are unclear

• Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction, with little or no direction day-to-day assignments

• Work is typically reviewed by a more experienced team member before it is provided to senior leaders

• A common career stabilization point (AKA the “full-contributor” level) for operationally-focused roles, whereas analytical advisor roles at this level are building knowledge of the subject-matter area, function/BU, company, products, and customers
