Position Overview
The Diversity & Belonging Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and advancing Autodesk's commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful culture-driven work and supporting efforts that enhance inclusion and belonging across the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of culture, inclusion and belonging programs, events, and initiatives
Support Autodesk's 9 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by coordinating logistics, communications, and engagement activities
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance programs, initiatives and community outreach
Track program and event participation, gather feedback, and support data collection to measure impact and progress
Provide administrative and program management support to the Culture, Diversity, and Belonging team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
One to two years experience in employee experience, people and culture, program coordination, or a related role
Proven ability to support events, initiatives, or programs that enhance workplace culture
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with diverse stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Operationally-focused Professional role, requiring experience OR analytical advisor role still developing higher-level expertise
Solve a range of problems of mild-to-moderate complexity and scope by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures
Exercise judgement within defined guidelines or known precedents
Seek guidance on unusual situations or circumstances where guidelines are unclear
Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction, with little or no direction day-to-day assignments
Work is typically reviewed by a more experienced team member before it is provided to senior leaders
A common career stabilization point (AKA the “full-contributor” level) for operationally-focused roles, whereas analytical advisor roles at this level are building knowledge of the subject-matter area, function/BU, company, products, and customers

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
