Deine neuen Herausforderungen
- Beitrag zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit im B2B-Bereich
- Unterstützung bei standardisierten Workflows im Customer Service
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im CRM-System Salesforce
- Sicherstellung der Erreichbarkeit per Chat, Telefon, Email und Briefpost
Dein Hintergrund
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (von Vorteil)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Customer Service (wünschenswert)
- Interesse an Wirtschaftsthemen
- Eine effektive, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Ruhiges und sicheres Auftreten
- Gute MS-Office- und Internet-Kenntnisse sowie, allgemeines technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
