Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, SQL, Python, Excel VBA, and LLM & Generative AI development. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering mindset and be proficient in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) algorithms, and automation tools. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and fine-tune LLM (Large Language Models) for business applications.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation.
• Work with SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and analysis (Azure Synapse).
• Use Python and Excel VBA for data analysis, automation, and model development.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in data science, analytics, or AI/ML development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying in Azure.
  • Python programming, with expertise in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Deep learning concepts and NLTK/SpaCy for NLP.
  • Experience with LLMs and Gen AI (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, BERT or similar).
  • Hands-on knowledge of NLP algorithms, such as Transformer models, Text Vectorization (TF-IDF, Word2Vec), and Sequence Models (LSTMs, GRUs).
  • Advanced Excel & VBA for automation and reporting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or related fields.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
