Job Summary
Job Description
This role is for a Data Specialist with a strong background in data engineering. The position requires over 5 years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in GCP cloud data implementation suite, including BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow/Apache Beam, Airflow/Composer, and Cloud Storage. Candidates must possess strong experience in large-scale data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and analytics platforms, along with extensive hands-on skills in SQL and Python.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in the data engineering field is preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in GCP cloud data implementation suite such as Big Query, Pub Sub, Data Flow/Apache Beam, Airflow/Composer, Cloud Storage
- Strong experience and understanding of very large-scale data architecture, solutioning, and operationalization of data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms
- Hands-on strong experience in GBQ Query, Python, Apache Airflow, SQL (BigQuery preferred)
- Extensive hands-on experience working with data using SQL and Python
