Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing plans, executing marketing strategies across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to launch innovative marketing activations, analyzing digital trends, and optimizing social media performance. The manager will also oversee online advertising campaigns, create KPI reports, and support artists and labels with their social media needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in label and/or distribution marketing and digital marketing, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of label and/or distribution marketing experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with tight deadlines
  • Ability to invent and execute innovative ideas
  • Strong writing and verbal skills (German + English)
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms
  • Experience with third-party digital marketing tools
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Suite
  • Experience with Google/Microsoft Suite

Um unseren Künstler*innen und Labels erstklassige Services zu bieten, konzipierst du innovative Kampagnen und setzt messbare Marketingaktivierungen um, die Interaktion, Reichweite und Engagement steigern.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung datengetriebener Marketingpläne und Umsetzung messbarer, wirkungsvoller Maßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Marketingstrategien auf Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat und weiteren relevanten Plattformen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern, um innovative Marketingaktivierungen zum Leben zu erwecken
  • Analyse aktueller Trends und Entwicklungen in der digitalen Welt sowie Ableitung relevanter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Detaillierte Analyse und Optimierung der Social-Media-Performance von Künstler*innen durch datenbasierte Insights
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Online-Werbekampagnen (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads etc.), Erstellung von KPI-Reports und datenbasierte Bewertung des ROI
  • Schnelle und flexible Unterstützung von Künstler*innen und Labels bei Social-Media- und Content-Anforderungen
  • Aktiver Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams, um stets am Puls der digitalen Musik- und Fanlandschaft zu bleiben

Wer du bist:

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Label- und/oder Vertriebsmarketing
  • 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der gleichzeitigen Betreuung mehrerer Projekte unter engen Fristen
  • Kreativer Weitblick und die Fähigkeit, innovative Ideen strategisch zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch + Englisch)
  • Fundierte Recherchefähigkeiten
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Social Media und die Fähigkeit, Plattformen strategisch und wirkungsvoll einzusetzen
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für aktuelle Marketing-Trends und neue Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Drittanbieter-Digitalmarketing-Tools und Analyseplattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Google/Microsoft Suite
  • Grundkenntnisse in HTML, Dreamweaver oder der Adobe Suite sind ein Plus

Our Digital Marketing Managers are passionate about music, creative marketing, trends and analytics. In order to provide top-notch service to our artists and labels, you will work to conceptualize compelling campaigns and then execute measurable initiatives to increase interaction, consumption, views and subscribers. As a global music company, we are working across genres and languages, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to understand and connect with varying fan bases. We’re looking for a talented, charismatic individual who is eager to play a significant role in the next phase of our company.

What you'll do:

  • Create Marketing Plans applying analytics and data into measurable, actionable initiatives
  • Implement marketing strategies across Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and other online destinations
  • Work with internal departments and 3rd party developers to bring activations to life
  • Research and report on trends and changes in the digital landscape
  • Construct artist social platform analysis and optimizations through analytical deep dives
  • Understand and manage online advertising campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, etc.), create KPI reports and evaluate client ROI
  • Assist artists/labels with urgent social media and asset needs
  • Inform the team’s understanding of the fast-paced, dynamic world in which fans interact with digital music 

Who you are:

  • 5+ years label and/or distribution experience in marketing.
  • 3-4  years experience in digital marketing or related marketing field
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven record of supporting multiple projects at once with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to invent and execute innovative ideas
  • Strong writing and verbal skills (German + English)
  • Robust research skills
  • In-depth understanding of social media and ability to harness platforms successfully
  • Finger on the pulse of key marketing trends and new platforms
  • Experience with third-party digital marketing tools and analytic platforms
  • Experience with Google/Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Suite a plus
