Zscaler seeks an experienced Director, Marketing Campaigns to develop and execute integrated ABM and demand generation marketing programs for the Americas, creating models for EMEA and APJ teams. This role involves leading a team of six marketers and vendors, collaborating with various departments (Product Marketing, Sales, etc.), optimizing campaigns using data and martech (Marketo, SFDC, 6sense), and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include creating end-to-end marketing programs, managing teams and vendors, leveraging data for optimization, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, ABM, and demand generation, along with experience managing teams and vertical industry programs.
Must have:
  • 8+ years B2B integrated marketing experience

We're looking for an experienced Director, Marketing Campaigns to join our Growth Marketing team  This is a remote role (USA). Reporting to the, SVP, Growth Marketing you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create end-to-end integrated ABM and Demand Gen marketing programs for the Americas, leveraging traditional and new channels. Create models for EMEA and APJ regional teams.
  • Team and Vendor Management: Lead a team of six marketers plus vendors/contractors, ensuring effective collaboration with content development, creative services, digital marketing and campaign operations teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Competitive Intelligence, and other stakeholders to gather input, design programs, and execute campaigns
  • Optimize Campaigns with Data and technology: Utilize data and martech to effectively target key audiences and improve performance. 

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing and sales programs with a results-driven approach to pipeline generation
  • Proven success in ABM and demand generation campaigns, lead generation, and funnel management
  • Experience managing marketing teams and vertical industry programs in sectors such as financial services, public sector, manufacturing, and healthcare
  • Proficiency with martech stack tools (Marketo, SFDC, 6sense, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis, funnel management, KPI forecasting, and adaptable strategy execution

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$168,000$240,000 USD
