The Marketing Manager, Amazon - US & LATAM, will develop and execute Funko and Loungefly's brand strategy on Amazon across the US and LATAM. Responsibilities include managing Amazon brand stores, overseeing Amazon Advertising and Retail Marketing, collaborating with creative teams, driving conversion rates through A/B testing, analyzing data, and coordinating with licensors. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Amazon marketing tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable written and spoken English, with additional language skills preferred. The role involves close collaboration with US and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful product launches across diverse markets.

Role Purpose 
Manager, Amazon Marketing - US & LATAM, will support the development and execution of Funko and Loungefly’s brand strategy across Amazon in the US and LATAM. This role will maintain Funko and Loungefly’s Amazon brand stores, assist with Amazon Advertising and Retail Marketing, coordinate with creative teams for optimized content, drive conversion rates through testing, and support data analysis, reporting, and licensor collaborations. 
 
In this role, you’ll help shape Funko and Loungefly’s overall brand presence, ensuring consistent look, feel, and tone of voice across global Amazon markets. Working closely with the US office to align with Funko and Loungefly’s global strategy, you’ll partner with regional teams to implement and adapt this strategy across diverse territories. 
 
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Amazon Marketing - Global, this role works cross-functionally to achieve business results and may involve occasional international travel. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Assist in planning, creating and managing Advertising campaigns that meet KPIs requirements 
  • Maintain the Funko brand stores to ensure that these are engaging and reflect the brand's strategy and seasonal updates 
  • Support digital shelf optimization through building and managing best-in-class product detail pages that drive traffic and conversions and constant A/B testing
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track campaign performance. Analyse data to identify insights that improve the shopping experience and inform future campaigns, sharing these with the Senior Manager.
  • Support budget tracking for Amazon marketing spend and manage purchase orders as needed to aid the Senior Manager in budget analysis and recommendations.
  • Work closely with regional teams to assist in executing product launch plans. Coordinate with licensors and creative teams to ensure localized content and consistent digital assets across markets. 
  • Work with creative teams to create bespoke and engaging digital assets 
  • Collaborate with our in-house social media team to deliver consistent messages across social platforms and drive engagement for the Funko brands 
  • Support with consumer research regarding suitability of each new brand category and viability within the USA and LATAM territories 
 
What You’ll Bring:  
  • Impeccable written and spoken English skills
  • French, German or Spanish written and spoken skills preferable
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally within Amazon’s ecosystem
  • An understanding of ecommerce trends and advancements that drive traffic, and conversion.
  • Experience in analytics, audience targeting, content, creative, media, search, social, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, and Google Analytics is preferred but not essential
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising tools (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue) is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic familiarity with Photoshop, though design skills are not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel.
  • Experience working on Power Bi/ Tableau and advanced excel preferable
  • Experience in developing creative with high attention to detail
  • Background in consumer goods or entertainment brands preferred
  • Resilient and able to work independently
  • Effective multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills; able to create, drive and execute initiatives to tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and build relationships
  • Passion for pop culture is a plus!
 
Salary Information 
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105,000 - 131,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
