Description
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and pipeline through our channel partners, with a focus on developing pipeline in the in the AMECS region.
This role involves working closely with channel sales teams, marketing operations, and channel partners to create demand generation campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role will report to the Global Demand Generation Lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the organization to help scale the partner portal engagement and execute marketing activities including but not limited to events, webinars, email campaigns, and product launches. You will partner with the regional sales leadership for our channel business to understand their priorities and ensure your marketing plans are in alignment with their goals.
About the role:
Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns for AMECS region to meet our marketing influenced pipeline goals.
Plan, organize, and execute regional events that are company-led and partner-led to generate demand, increase brand visibility, and drive lead generation.
Work closely with top channel partners to create joint marketing plans and strategies that leverage MDF.
Provide partners with guidance and best practices on the effective use of MDF to drive demand and improve return on investment.
Develop and execute vertical focused campaigns with value propositions relevant to that market. Ensure these campaigns are packaged up for channel partners to use.
Support campaigns to recruit new partners.
Evaluate, analyze and report on campaign data measurements to Global Demand Generation Lead and Marketing Leadership team as needed. Offer ongoing recommendations on how to improve results of campaigns or identify campaigns that should be eliminated.
Partner with the AMECS regional sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and channel sales objectives, acting as their main point of contact for demand generation activities.
Collaborate with marketing functions to harness the power of brand and communications, product marketing, digital and demand generation marketing to contribute to marketing influenced goals.
Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have strong experience in a similar Demand Generation position within the B2B technology industry. You will be a team player, able to interface with key stakeholders of Demand Generation and Sales teams, as well as being a Vizrt ambassador with the broader, external channel community:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
At least 4 years in a technology B2B marketing role
Experience of driving marketing programs to deliver against marketing sourced pipeline targets
Experience is managing events both tradeshows and company-led events
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to travel – likely 25% travel requirement in normal circumstances
Lead funnel stage understanding with an eye to velocity through pipeline
Software experience: PRM tool, Salesforce or similar, Pardot or similar, Microsoft Office
