InMobi seeks a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to drive global go-to-market strategies for their mobile AdTech offerings. Responsibilities include developing market positioning and narratives, creating compelling marketing materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management), integrating client feedback, and developing comprehensive marketing plans. The role also involves conducting market research, competitive analysis, supporting customer marketing initiatives, partnering with regional teams, developing and monitoring KPIs, and contributing to sales training. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the AdTech/MarTech industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.

Position Overview: 

InMobi Performance Solutions team is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Lead in Bangalore to drive global go-to-market strategies and differentiate our mobile AdTech offerings. You will manage product launches, develop compelling messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams and create impactful sales and marketing materials. As a crucial member of our team, your efforts will drive the success of InMobi’s performance solutions product marketing initiatives.

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Market Positioning & Narratives: Develop strategies and narratives that distinguish InMobi’s offerings. Create impactful materials including decks, case studies, whitepapers, videos, blogs, and thought leadership content for the website.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams to establish a consistent and compelling product messaging framework that effectively promotes InMobi’s solutions.
  • Client Feedback Integration: Serve as the liaison between clients and the product team, ensuring feedback is incorporated to enhance product quality and market responsiveness.
  • Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Partner with the central marketing team to develop integrated plans covering content creation, research, website updates, public relations, and positioning.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, experiences, and expectations, informing product and marketing strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Perform detailed competitive analyses, including win-loss assessments, to refine market positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Marketing Support: Collaborate with regional Customer Success Managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other engagement initiatives, such as roadshows, to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Partner Marketing Initiatives: Work with partner managers, ecosystem partners and the marketing team to create joint go-to-market strategies, training programs, and other collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Work collaboratively to define key performance indicators for product success, analyse experimental results, and report progress to key stakeholders.
  • Sales Training: Partner with the sales training team to prepare sales representatives for client meetings and industry events, ensuring they are well-equipped and knowledgeable.

The Experience You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, with 3–5 years dedicated to product marketing, within the AdTech/MarTech industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at crafting compelling narratives tailored to AdTech personas.
  • Proven ability to develop high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, narrative decks, reports, whitepapers, customer success videos, thought leadership articles, and points of view for website and external platforms.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a demonstrated capacity to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments across different regions and time zones, ensuring alignment among diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of influencing and engaging key stakeholders across regions to drive strategic initiatives and achieve shared objectives.
