Summary

SDG seeks a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with 8+ years of marketing experience (ideally in GameDev, Dating, Gambling, eCommerce, FinTech, or Crypto), and 3+ years as a CMO/Head of Growth. Responsibilities include driving user and revenue growth, managing a growing marketing team, expanding into new markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing strategies (user acquisition, performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing), ensuring exceptional user experience, managing marketing budgets, and creating performance reports. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, along with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance marketing channels.
Must have:
  • 8+ years marketing experience (GameDev, Dating, etc.)
  • 3+ years as CMO/Head of Growth
  • Global marketing strategy experience
  • Performance marketing expertise (Google, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Marketing analytics proficiency
  • Budget management and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills (English C1+)

We are looking for a CMO for one of our products and expect a person to be located in GMT+5 – GMT+8 timezone or close to.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Drive user & revenue growth;
    • Hire and manage people as the company grows & the marketing team expands;
    • Increase market share by successfully launching new markets & further penetrating core markets;
    • Collaborate with a growth-focused team across marketing, product, design, and engineering;
    • Create a strategy for successful user acquisition, performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing;
    • Work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional user experience;
    • Continuing commitment to marketing best practice and marketing effectiveness;
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, report on marketing programs and expenses;
    • Create reporting dashboard with ROI, KPIs, and other metrics tied to specific marketing programs.

    We expect from you:

    • 8+ years of experience in marketing either in GameDev, Dating, Gambling, eCommerce, FinTech, or Crypto;
    • 3+ years of experience as a CMO/Head of Growth;
    • Experience with developing and implementing marketing strategies globally;
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of performance marketing (including Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc);
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Docs (Excel), BI systems;
    • Experience with retention channels, budget management and financial analysis (incl. building fin models & forecasts);
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1+ or native);
    • Highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with teams, departments, stakeholders and C-Level;
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
    • Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
