The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributes fresh ideas, and delivers refined, high-level designs across digital, print, and event marketing campaigns and corporate branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Luxury & High-End Aesthetic: Maintain a sophisticated, polished design approach in line with the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
- Website & Digital Design: Oversee front-end design and updates of corporate websites, ensuring a seamless and polished user experience.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Conceptualize, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and handle campaign deployment.
- Marketing & Sales Collateral: Design PowerPoint presentations, infographics, invitations, marketing decks, brochures, event signage, and other promotional materials to support business development and sales teams.
- Event Marketing Support: Create marketing materials for corporate events, attend events to provide creative support, and ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams in the Miami office and international locations to support key initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital design - specifically email and web
- Portfolio showcasing email campaigns and web design.
- Strong Technical Expertise – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, Squarespace, and Microsoft Office (especially the ability to handle and interpret Excel spreadsheets sent by the sales team and use that data to create clear, elegant infographics, tables, and other visual elements for PowerPoint presentations and website graphics).
- Able to manage email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Able to bring fresh ideas and elevate the brand’s visual identity.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
