Summary

The Manager, Partnership Marketing for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality Programme will support the Senior Manager and Sales Agents in marketing hospitality offerings. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a partnership marketing strategy, acting as a marketing liaison between Sales Agents and On Location, creating marketing assets (brochures, digital content, etc.), conducting training and presentations for Sales Agents globally, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to FIFA brand guidelines. Success hinges on strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

The Manager, Partnership Marketing for the Official Hospitality Programme of the FIFA World Cup 26™ will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Partnerships Marketing and our Sales Agent partners in effectively marketing hospitality offerings for the tournament. You will act as a strategic marketing partner to the Sales Agent partner channel assisting them with the necessary marketing tools, and resources to drive sales of premium hospitality packages. Your role will focus on assisting in building strong partnerships, ensuring brand consistency, and results through collaborative marketing initiatives. 

Sales Agent Partnership Marketing Strategy & Planning: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership marketing strategy tailored to our Sales Agent partner channel.

  • Act as a marketing conduit, between Sales Agents and On Location, facilitating 2-way communication ensuring alignment with the marketing goals of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide Sales Agents with marketing assets, messaging frameworks, and branding guidelines. 

  • Assist Sales Agents in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing efforts. 

Marketing Asset Development & Partner Enablement:

  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, video content, and event collateral, ensuring all materials adhere to FIFA’s brand guidelines.

  • Operationally manage the dissemination of campaign materials and assets to the Sales Agent partner channel (ie. be aware of embargo periods, sub licensing agreements, etc.).

  • Conduct marketing training and presentations, develop instructions, FAQs, and communicate clearly directions to Sales Agent partners all of over the world.

  • Ensure all Sales Agents marketing efforts comply with FIFA’s brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations.

  • Facilitate translations and one-off marketing requests with appropriate internal and external teams.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

  • Set KPIs and performance metrics for Sales Agents marketing activities and regularly monitor and analyze their effectiveness against agreed upon sales targets and contractual marketing commitments.

  • Use data and feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and improve the overall efficiency of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme.

  • Generate marketing recommendations and insights for Sales Agents campaign dashboards.

You Have These: 

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in channel marketing, and providing marketing support to 50+ channel partners at a time.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. 

  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for increased effectiveness. 

  • Ability to develop creative marketing solutions tailored to diverse regional markets.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity. 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Ability to work global hours as needed for calls.

  • Ability to identify marketing best practices across digital marketing (CRM, performance, social and web)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Sales Agents where English is a second language.

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish). 

  • Understanding of “local market” soccer fans and events affecting local marketing.

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience working with an international audience.

  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
