Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Partner Engineer Director to lead our Partner Sales Engineer team based in either Singapore or Sydney. Reporting to the the Vice President of Global Partner Engineers, you will be responsible for:

• Developing the APJ Partner Sales Engineer team through engagement with individual contributors, managers, and team leads
• Growing executive relationships with Partner VPs, Directors, CISO, and CTOs
• Building partner pre/post-sales capacity in APJ through enablement and training programs
• Aligning with field SE leadership on initiatives and advising on strategic partner GTM
• Driving APJ needs into global programs and representing Zscaler at industry events

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10+ years in presales leadership and security solution sales, including 5+ years in people management
• 5+ years of experience engaging with partners (resellers, GSIs, MSSPs, distributors, etc) 
• Strong customer relationship and people skills with flexibility for frequent travel

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• APJ-wide leadership experience in a presales technical leadership role
• Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
• Strong understanding of governance risk and compliance (GRC) technologies and methodologies
