This role is for an Editorial Tools Programme Manager within the Risk Intelligence Engineering team at LSEG. The role involves leading a multi-year initiative to transform the tools that Content Operations teams use to curate data for World-Check and Enhanced Due Diligence products. The responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, at least two days a week, and is part of a global team focused on innovation in risk management.

This role is to lead the Editorial Tools programme, a multi-year initiative to transform the tools that Content Operations teams use to curate the data used in our industry-leading World-Check and Enhanced Due Diligence products.

Bangkok Site

The role will be based at least 2 days per week in our Bangkok office, a vibrant engineering hub recognized globally for its excellence and innovation. The office is home to a diverse and talented team of professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and engineering. The purpose-built site is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and provides a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation thrive.

About you

You are a dynamic and highly organised Programme Manager with a solid track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. With 3-5 years of experience in programme management, you excel in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key attributes include:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams through complex projects.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT) or equivalent experience, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being a plus.
