Job Description

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Off Account Executive responsible for the planning process, plan implementation, reviews, and/or adjustments that arise during the planning process and follow-up to media buying. Key Responsibilities: Extracting and organizing information from industry tools for competitor and audience analysis. Entering plan purchases into the system. Sending purchase orders. Verifying necessary materials, confirming delivery times with suppliers, and managing the acquisition of materials (client/creative agency). Tracking campaign implementation, obtaining proof of performance, monitoring campaign performance (iBope tools), and adjusting the plan as needed. Keeping the leadership team informed of changes. Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree. 6 months to 1 year of experience in traditional media (open TV, pay TV, radio, OOH (out-of-home), cinema, magazines). Basic knowledge of traditional media platforms IBOPE (MSS TV, MSS RADIO), Adspend, INRA, TGI, and EGM. PowerPoint (executive-level presentation development). Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Pivot tables and Data filters). English level (Ability to write and understand the language).

Must have:

Completed Bachelor's degree
6 months to 1 year of experience in traditional media
Basic knowledge of traditional media platforms IBOPE, Adspend, INRA, TGI, and EGM
PowerPoint (executive-level presentation development)
Intermediate/Advanced Excel
English level (Ability to write and understand the language)

Descripción del empleo

En Publicis Groupe buscamos un Ejecutivo de Cuenta Off responsable del proceso de planeación, realización de planes, revisiones y/o ajustes que se generen durante el proceso de planeación y seguimiento a la compra de medios.

Responsabilidades Claves:

Extracción y organización de información de competencias y análisis de audiencia de las herramientas de industria.
Ingresar al sistema la compra de los planes.
Envió de órdenes de compra.
Verificar materiales necesarios, concretar tiempos de entrega con proveedores y gestionar la adquisición de materiales (cliente/agencia creativa)
Seguimiento de la implementación de las campañas, obtención de testigos, monitoreo de que la campaña está saliendo (herramientas de ibope) y ajustar el plan, de ser necesario.
Mantener informado al equipo de liderazgo de cambios.

Requisitos

Licenciatura concluida.
De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en medios tradicionales (tv abierta, paga, radio, OOH (exteriores), cine, revistas).
Conocimiento básico de plataformas de medios tradicionales IBOPE (MSS TV, MSS RADIO), Adspend, INRA, TGI y EGM.
PowerPoint (elaboración de presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo).
Excel medio/avanzado (Tablas dinámicas y filtros de Data).
Nivel de inglés (Habilidad para redactar y comprender el idioma).
