Email Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a talented Email Designer for an innovative and fast-paced consumer goods company. This 3-month contract position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

As an Email Designer, you will join a dynamic design team and play a key role in creating engaging digital content for CRM channels. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing creative assets that drive engagement, while helping streamline workflows in Figma and building a cohesive email design system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling digital assets (graphics, animations, videos, etc.) for CRM campaigns.
• Enhance and streamline the team's design workflow in Figma to establish and maintain a cohesive email design system.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Produce high-quality assets optimized for various email platforms and devices.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital design and CRM marketing to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and impactful.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a designer, ideally within a consumer-focused or digital environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, demonstrating high-quality design and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX).
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a working knowledge of Google Suite and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
