In this role, you’ll join the Financial Services team to create culturally attuned, user-centered content that bridges global teams and delivers seamless financial services experiences. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with fully remote flexibility.
Opportunity Overview:
As the English/Chinese Bilingual Content Designer, you will be responsible for scaling content strategies to the Greater China market while ensuring consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create content that resonates with diverse global audiences, providing seamless, impactful financial services content across digital platforms.
English/Chinese Bilingual Content Designer Responsibilities:
- Scale existing content strategies and frameworks to the Greater China market.
- Design, test, and iterate user flows in close partnership with product, design, and user research teams.
- Drive a cohesive product narrative and ensure consistency across touchpoints in collaboration with marketing and customer support teams.
- Work closely with the Localization team to optimize content translation from English to Chinese.
English/Chinese Bilingual Content Designer Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in content-focused roles, with at least 4 years focused on in-product content.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with excellent writing and editing skills in both languages.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work, with a systems-level mindset and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience developing product content strategies for web and mobile, including a focus on accessibility and inclusivity.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional design and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or a related field.
