Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with a keen focus on UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging micro interactions that enhance user experiences across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for UI/UX challenges
• Design and animate engaging micro interactions to enhance user experiences
• Create visually appealing graphics and animations for digital platforms
• Translate design concepts into polished motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Lottie
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and UI/UX design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, or related field
• 1.5 - 2 years of experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Lottie
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and UI/UX design projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
